Bookkeeper

Edmonton

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • accounts payable, account receivable, payroll, CRA remittances, financial statements
  • use of word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software to prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents
  • create complex documents and spreadsheets templates
  • edit or format documents for executives
  • maintenance of departmental time and expenses systems
  • answer telephones, schedule meetings, greet visitors, and handle business and administrative details
  • open, sort and distribute correspondence (including faxes and electronic mail) and respond to routine inquiries
  • make travel arrangements, prepare expense reports
  • order and maintain office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years bookkeeping and related clerical/administrative experience
  • Strong proficiency and advanced skills in Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks is an asset
  • Knowledge of Billquick is an asset

The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with a concern for accuracy and the ability to successfully multitask. This individual must be a self-starter, conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, and have excellent organizational and time management skills. In addition, the successful applicant must have proven strong verbal and written communication skills and work effectively and cooperatively with others in a fast paced team environment.

Cathodic Protection / Pipeline Integrity Technologist

Edmonton

The incumbent will be involved with performing the duties associated with testing, evaluation and installation of cathodic protection (CP) systems in order to prevent the effects of soil-side corrosion on various structures. The position involves specialized, high technology surveys to assess pipeline: G.P.S. position, depth of cover, coating condition and integrity. Originating from customer needs, requirements and specifications; the chosen individual will work with specific objectives and instruction as directed from senior personnel.

Qualifications: A minimum of two years field experience is preferred. Travel and a valid driver’s license is required.

Senior Cathodic Protection / Pipeline Integrity Manager

Edmonton

The incumbent will be involved with coordinating the duties associated with testing, evaluation and installation of cathodic protection (CP) systems in order to prevent the effects of soil-side corrosion on various structures. The position involves specialized, high technology surveys to assess pipeline: G.P.S. position, depth of cover, coating condition and integrity. Originating from customer needs, requirements and specifications; the chosen individual will work with specific objectives and instruction as directed from senior personnel.

Qualifications: A minimum of five years related experience is preferred. A technical diploma from NAIT or equivalent. Supervision experience. A valid driver’s license as travel may be required.
